Emily Walsh

Emily represents clients in all areas of business litigation. She has significant experience advising and advocating for businesses and individuals in general commercial disputes, including litigation in state courts, federal courts, and arbitrations. Emily’s experience includes shareholder disputes, commercial contract litigation, franchise litigation, trade secret litigation, and construction disputes.
She is admitted to practice in all federal district courts of Tennessee as well as the Sixth Circuit and Tenth Circuit appellate courts. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Lawyers' Association for Women.
Emily was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She was previously an Associate at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings and Of Counsel with Carnahan Law Firm. She earned her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005 where she was a staff member of the Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice. Emily also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Art History from the University of Virginia where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
